On 3rd October, International level Professional Organization-Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers(IEEE) day was observed by IEEE Mangalore Chapter at Robosoft Technologies Udupi.
During the occasion first, ever memorial lecture in memory of Late Dr. K.M.Hebbar was also organized. Mr.M.Sathu, AGM of Corporation Bank gave the memorial lecture on the topic “India STACK” which is about software framework developed by Government of India for various digital India applications.
Mr.Purushottam Bhat, Director of Robosoft gave Late Dr.K.M.Hebbar remembrance lecture. Mr.Rohit Bhat, CEO and MD of Robosoft Technologies spoke about “Latest Technology Trends”. Prof. Niranjan N Chiplunkar, Chairman of IEEE Mangalore subsection and Principal of NMAMIT, Nitte welcomed the gathering and gave details of the programme and significance of IEEE day. Dr. Annappa, Vice Chair of IEEE Mangalore subsection and Professor at NITK, Surathkal gave overview of Programmes organized by IEEE Mangalore subsection. Dr. Ujjwal verma faculty from MIT, Manipal announced Prize winner details in a Technical Competition held in association with IEEE Mangalore. Mr. Karthik from Robosoft Technologies proposed vote of thanks. Ms.Ashwini, Secretary of IEEE Mangalore and faculty in Canara Engineering college compered the program.
