A Certificate awarding ceremony was held for the fourth batch of Oral Implantology course. Eleven candidates received a certificate for completing basic training in Oral Implantology course. One candidate received a certificate for completing Basic and advanced training in the Oral Implantology course. The certificates were awarded by Honourable Chief Guest Prof.(Dr.) Bharath Shetty,(Dean, A.J.Institute of Dental Sciences) Prof.(Dr.) Krishna Nayak presided over the function and Prof .(Dr.) N Sridhar Shetty addressed the gathering. Prof.(Dr.) Rakshith Hegde introduced Dr. Sanjay Kalra to the gathering. Prof.(Dr.) Manoj Shetty gave the vote of thanks. This was then followed by CDE programme with a lecture on “Implant prosthodontics-a clinician`s perspective” conducted by Prof.(Dr.)Sanjay Kalra. Prof.(Dr.)Chethan Hegde concluded the programme. It was attended by around 100 faculty, post graduates and under graduate students.
