The Department of Community Medicine organized a Workshop on the "PCPNDT Act" on 14th March at RAPCC Wenlock, for Anganwadi Supervisors and Block Development Officers.
The inauguration was held at RAPCC with the legal judiciary in-charge being part of it.
Dr Rashmi Kundapur, Professor, Department of Community Medicine, KSHEMA carried out the session as resource person on "Population Science and Sex ratio".
There were around 170 participants at the venue. Apart from sessions on the PCPNDT Act, there were sessions on complications of declining sex ratio by other resource persons.
