The Department of Medical Surgical Nursing organized a guest lecture on “Standard Safety Measures in Operation Theatre” on 27th May 2019. Mr. Jonathan Hudson, Manager OT & CSSD, Justice KS Hegde Charitable Hospital, Deralakatte was the Resource person. He explained about the multiple inherent risks the OT environment is charged with, methods of controlling these hazards, precautions and various safety measures to be taken in Operation Theatres. Mrs. Mamatha B, Lecturer, Department of Medical Surgical Nursing conducted the proceedings.
