The Science Club of NUINS organized a seminar on “Mastering the art of writing research projects and research papers” on 5th October 2019 at NUINS Learning Centre.
Dr. Anirban Chakraborty, Professor & Deputy Director, NUCSER was the resource person. Dr. Fatima D’silva, Principal presided over the seminar. Ms. Diana Robert, SNA representative of Science Club welcomed the gathering and Mrs. Timi Thomas introduced the resource person.
In his speech Dr. Anirban Chakraborty emphasized on the research misconduct aspects such as fabrication, falsification, plagiarism in proposing, performing or reviewing research, and in reporting research results. Further, he also explained how to develop a scientific research proposal for external funding as well as the guidelines for preparing a research report on the basis of IMRD format. He shared the website link https://www.ncbs.res.in wherein the nursing faculty could search for external funding.
