NSFTID bagged the Second prize in the Costume Designer Contest

Fashion evolves and constantly keeps changing. Competing with the changing trends, is a big challenge. However, students of NSFTID have proved their passion for fashion designing, time and again. The Costume Designer Contest organized by Vellore Institute of Technology, Chennai on 8th February 2020 had many designers across the nation participating and presenting various elegant designs. The show was judged by Mr. Vivek Oberoi, Actor and Ms. Shri Vidhya, Celebrity Designer. NSFTID students with their fabulous costumes bagged the Second prize. Reduce, Reuse and Recycle was their mantra to develop sustainable costumes. Besides, acquiring firsthand experience in designing techniques, they had an opportunity to explore new trends in designs and interact with designers.
