News from NIA | Navya R wins Jury Commendation award – Transparence

Ms. Navya R, an alumnus who passed out in the year 2020, from Nitte Institute of Architecture (NIA), took part and won the Jury Commendation Award in the Transparence 15.0 South Interface. The project submitted by Ms. Navya to Transparence was the final year Capstone project completed by her.

Transparence is India’s largest Architectural Design Competition for aspiring architects and designers. A property of Saint-Gobain India Private Limited – Glass Business in association with Ethos, Transparence has always been the most looked-forward-to event by the budding architectural community for the opportunity it presents and the platform it offers like no other. Over the years, it has been the single biggest convergence of the best brains in the architecture and design fraternity, mentoring the most promising and potential talent, together architecting the future of our country’s architecture and design landscape. 

There were 143 eligible submissions in the Transparence 15.0 South Interface, out of which Ms. Navya won the Jury Commendation Award. The South Interface Jury was held on 10th February 2021.
