Nitte Institute of Physiotherapy organized a workshop on ‘ABC of Teaching & Learning’ on 19th January 2023.
Prof (Dr) Dhanesh Kumar K U, Principal, NIPT welcomed the gathering and spoke of the importance of the workshop. Prof (Dr) Harsha Halahalli, Registrar, Nitte DU, congratulated Team NIPT for organizing the workshop and emphasized the importance of continuous education for health professionals.
Dr. Saumya Srivastava, Assoc. Professor & IQAC Coordinator, NIPT introduced the Resource Person for the event, Dr. Selvam Ramachandran, Assoc. Professor, Dept. of Physiotherapy, Manipal College of Health Professions, MAHE to the gathering. The workshop comprised five sessions - educational process, specific learning outcomes, large group teaching, small group teaching and learner assessment.
Rakesh Krishna, Assoc. Professor, NIPT & Convener of the Workshop delivered the vote of thanks. 35 participants comprising postgraduates and faculty attended the workshop.
