A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed with Manipal School of Information Sciences, Manipal on 23rd March 2023 at NMAMIT, Nitte.
Dr. Roopa B Hegde, Assoc. Professor, Dept. of ECE, NMAMIT introduced the delegates from MSIS, Manipal and highlighted the scope for potential collaborations through this MoU.
Dr. Niranjan N Chiplunkar, Principal, NMAMIT welcomed Dr. Keerthana Prasad, Director, MSIS and Mr. Samarendra and also introduced the NMAMIT officials to the MSIS team.
Dr. Keerthana Prasad gave an insight into the possible outcomes of the MoU. As the linkage was mainly on academic collaborations, a briefing session to the students of the various departments was presented by Dr. Keerthana. The possible avenues through this MoU were also discussed during this session.
Mr. Samarendra gave an overview of MSIS, Manipal to the students. The Dept. of E&C Engg., NMAMIT hosted the event.
