After the formal function, the top 15 teams made their presentation before the panel comprising of Rahul Sheregar (Software Engineer, Sony India) and Sanath Pai (Tech Support Engineer, VMware), both alumni of NMAMIT (Batch 2021-22). The presentations were divided into three phases, ensuring a comprehensive evaluation of the projects.

Following the demos, the teams presented their projects in detail in the second phase, highlighting the problem statement, their approach, and the technical aspects involved. They showcased their thorough understanding of the project and its potential impact. The third phase consisted of a Question & Answer session where the judges assessed the teams' knowledge, problem-solving abilities and the depth of their understanding of the project.

The non-qualified teams were also given an opportunity to present their ideas and showcase their projects. This inclusive approach provided a platform for all participants to gain valuable feedback and recognition for their efforts.

The afternoon session of HackXpo commenced with the host, Vaishnavi Prasad (Program Lead - FLC), welcoming the gathering. Nagaraj Pandith, Vice President, FLC enlightened the audience about the significance of hackathons and their contribution to the college's culture of innovation, emphasising their impact on the college community. The app provided clubs with a user-friendly interface to manage memberships. CryptoWave secured the second runner-up position by developing a decentralised voting system for the college. Their innovative solution ensured secure, transparent and tamper-proof voting, promoting a fair and democratic decision-making process within the institution.

Special recognition was also given to the individuals who showcased exceptional performance, innovative solutions and remarkable teamwork throughout the hackathon.

HackXpo was the culminating event of a month-long hackathon - FLC Hackfest Season 1, conducted by Finite Loop Club in December.
