JKSHIM organized a two-day Behavioural Training program for employees of MRPL on 21st & 22nd June 2023. 30 employees actively took part in the program.
Dr. Gururaj H Kidiyoor, Director, JKSHIM inaugurated the training program. He highlighted the significance of training and learning for the sustained high performance of employees in today's organizations.
Dr. Sudhir Raj K and Dr. Sudhir M were the resource persons and also coordinated the program.
The program received excellent feedback from the participants.
