The Medical Education Unit of KSHEMA conducted a two-day Faculty Development Program on “Curriculum Implementation Support Program-III (CISP-III)” at KSHEMA on 20th & 21st February 2025 under the supervision of NMC Regional Centre for Medical Education Technologies, Kozhikode, Kerala. Prof. (Dr) Vrinda J Bhat, Head, Forensic Medicine & MEU Coordinator, Srinivas Institute of Medical Sciences & Research Centre, Mangalore was the NMC deputed Observer.
Participants were sensitized & updated about competency-based medical education, Graduate Medical Education Regulations (GMER) 2019 / new regulations, Alignment and Integration, Electives, Early Clinical Exposure, AETCOM module, Student Doctor method of Clinical Teaching, Skills training, Assessment in CBME, drafting Teaching Schedule and Assessment Plan for a subject, Record Maintenance-Log book and clinical case records & Curricular governance. 30 faculty members attended the program.
