The visit provided them with firsthand exposure to the processes involved in sorting and managing waste, highlighting the importance of segregation at source.

Guided by experts at the facility, the students observed how different categories of waste are identified, separated and processed for recycling or safe disposal. The experience emphasized the role of individuals and communities in contributing to a cleaner, healthier environment.

The visit was both informative and inspiring, encouraging students to adopt sustainable practices in their daily lives. It reinforced the message that small, mindful actions like proper waste segregation can collectively make a significant difference in protecting our planet.
