Students of Dr. NSAM PU College participated in the Karnataka Government's state-wide anti-drug awareness initiative, Operation RISE and Beda Bro, on 30th June 2026. The program was organized with the support of the Bengaluru City Police as part of the Government's mission to make Karnataka a drug free state by 2028.
The virtual awareness session focused on the harmful effects of drug abuse, the importance of resisting peer pressure and the physical, mental, social and legal consequences of substance abuse. Students also learned about making informed and responsible life choices.
