Award Ceremony was held on 25th February 2016 at K.S. Hegde Medical Academy, Mangalore. Students who secured distinction in the Nitte University examination held in July and December 2015, and those students who completed Indian Council of Medical Research, Government of India (STS Projects) were felicitated on this occasion by the Vice Chancellor, Nitte University Prof. S. Ramananda Shetty.
Dr. Raghavendra H.K. a student of K.S.Hegde Medical Academy who secured 4th Rank in All India PG Medical Entrance Examination, 2nd Rank in Karnataka PG Medical Entrance and the notable ranks in various PG Medical Entrance Examination in 2016 was felicitated by the college.
Dean, Dr.Satheesh Kumar Bhandary B, welcomed the gathering, Dr.A.M.Mirajkar, Vice Dean and Dr.Jayaprakash Shetty, Registrar, KSHEMA presented the award winners. Mr. Sayooj Sukrethan, President of Student’s Council proposed the vote of thanks. 55 students were felicitated on this occasion.
