Nitte Usha Institute of Nursing Sciences celebrated Annual Day on 7th March, 2017 at 3pm in the KSHEMA Auditorium. Prof. Sabitha Nayak, Vice Principal, College of Nursing welcomed the gathering. The Chief Guest for the programme was Prof. Asha Cynthia D’Sa, Vice Principal, Alva’s College of Nursing, Moodbidri. She spoke on the Importance of Education in Rural Areas provided by Nitte group of Institutions and also emphasized upon the Nobility of Nursing Profession. Ms. Melisa Alban Fernandes, Student Representative expressed her feelings about the Alma-Mater. Prof. (Dr). Fatima D’Silva, Principal, College of Nursing delivered the Presidential Address. Mrs. Cleeta Anline Pinto, Principal, School of Nursing delivered the Vote of Thanks. Mrs Harsha Thomas, Lecturer Compered the programme. Students entertained the Audience by performing variety of cultural events.
