The Webinar Lecture on The Role of Dental surgeon in the Diagnosis & Management of common diseases of Immunological & Metabolic disorders by Prof Dr Hemant R Umarji, MDS , Professor & Head in Oral Medicine & Radiology, GDC, Mumbai commenced on 24th Wednesday May 2017 at 3 PM to 4.30 PM for Interns , undergraduate students and staff of A.B.Shetty Memorial Institute of Dental Sciences at Trimshath Digital Hall . Dr G Subhas babu, Dr Gopinath Thilak Dr Aravind Karikal and Dr Supriya Bhat were present for the program. Ms. Druthi Appachu, Mr Abhiskit , Mr Abel were the co-ordinators from the batch of interns. Dr Hemant Umarji gave useful insights regarding immunological disorders ranging from Lichen planus, Apthous Ulcers, Erythema multiforme, Scleroderma and Sjogrens syndrome along with treatment protocol. Following lecture, there was an interactive session with Dr Hemant Umarji. Around 75 participants comprising of faculty, Interns and Post Graduates of A.B.Shetty Memorial Institute of Dental sciences attended the webinar.
