The Alumni association of Nitte Usha Institute of Nursing Sciences, Constituent College of Nitte University organized Environment Day Celebration on June 8th 2017 by a guest lecturer on the theme “Connecting People to Nature”. Dr H. Lakshmikantha environmental officer Karnataka State Pollution Control Board, Udupi was the Resource person. Dr. Fatima Dsilva, Principal NUINS, Prof. Sabitha Nayak, Vice Principal, Dr Indrani Research Director, Nitte University, Air Como Sunil K. Pai Residential Engineer, were present on this occasion. Mrs Latha S and Mrs. Cleeta Pinto Co ordinated the programme, Ms. Gincy Joseph welcomed and Ms Joyce D’ souza compered the program.
