The Initiative for Research and Innovation in Science (IRIS) presented an advocacy program on 19 June, 2017. Around 50 students from different schools had an opportunity to attend the program.
Mrs. Hannah, coordinator from IRIS encouraged the young innovators to work in scientific temper. Mrs. Vasanthi, teacher from Ramakrisha School, Puttur, addressed the students to take up the challenges and set goal. Master Mohammed Sharief who received an honorable mention by International Council on Systems Engineering shared his experience participating in IRIS International Science Fair.
In the end, teachers were suggested to infuse the spirit of discovery and innovation among the students.
