News from NUINS | One-day National level Workshop on Emotional Intelligence, Time Management & Mind Mapping

The Placement & Career Guidance Cell of Nitte Usha Institute of Nursing Sciences, in collaboration with the Prime Step Training Organization, Gurugram organized a one-day National level Workshop on Emotional Intelligence, Time Management & Mind Mapping on 20th November 2024 at the University Auditorium, Paneer Campus.

Dr. Fatima Dsilva, Principal, NUINS welcomed the participants and the resource person, Ms. Sushmitha Naik, Sr. Soft Skills Trainer, Prime Step Training Organization, Gurugram.

Ms. Naik started the workshop with an interesting icebreaker. She placed emphasis on social skills, conflict resolution, self-awareness, motivation, self-regulation, empathy, improved cooperation, goal-setting, decision-making, scheduling, procrastination-reducing techniques, work-life balance and task prioritization in her session.

The workshop had 68 participants, including faculty & students. The vote of thanks was proposed by Ms. Jeevitha Alva, Placement Officer.
