News from NMAMIT | Blood Donation Camp

A blood donation camp was organized by NMAMIT’s National Service Scheme, Youth Red Cross Unit, Association for Interaction of Mechanical Students in association with Nitte Gajria Hospital, Justice KS Hegde Charitable Hospital, Derlakatte, and Udupi District Hospital on 16th March 2021 at the campus.

The camp was inaugurated by Dr. Niranjan N Chiplunkar, Principal NMAMIT. Prof. Yogeesh Hegde, Registrar, Nitte; Dr. Srinivasa Rao B.R., Vice Principal; Dr. Chandrika Rao, Blood Bank Officer, KS Hegde Hospital; Dr. Veena, Udupi District Hospital; Dr. Ashok, Nitte Gajria Hospital; Dr.Janardhan Nayak, Coordinator NSS Unit and Dr. Ravindra, AIMS Coordinator were present on the occasion. 

286 units of blood were collected in this camp.
