In continuation of the Silver Jubilee celebrations, an idol of Goddess Saraswati was installed at Nitte Institute of Physiotherapy and unveiled on 15th February, 2022 by Prof (Dr) Satheesh Kumar Bhandary, Vice Chancellor, Nitte DU. Vaastu Pooja, Gana Homa and Mahasaraswati Pooja were also performed as a part of the ceremony.
Prof (Dr) Shantharam Shetty, Mr. Vishal Hegde, Pro-Chancellors, Prof (Dr) M S Moodithaya, Pro-Vice Chancellor; Prof (Dr) Alka Kulkarni, Registrar, C A Vinutha J Shetty, Director Finance; Heads of Institutes and Heads of Departments graced the occasion.
In addition to the ceremonies at the Institute, food was also served to the residents of Abhaya Ashraya, Assaigoli.
