News from Dr. NSAM First Grade College, Nitte | NIGMA 2K22- UG Fest

The EL DORADO, N-IGMA 2K22, a two-day State Level Intercollegiate Cultural & Management Festival of Dr. NSAM First Grade College, Nitte was inaugurated by actor and VJ, Mr. Vineeth Kumar on 13th July 2022 at Sadananda Auditorium. Reminiscing about his college life at Nitte, Mr. Vineeth Kumar thanked all the faculty members who supported him in conducting cultural activities in the college. Around 650 students from 38 colleges participated in the fest. 

Mr. Gurme Suresh Shetty, Founder of Gurme Foundation, was the chief guest for the valedictory ceremony. In his address to students, he spoke about the relevance of management and cultural fests in the curriculum, how it builds team spirit, leadership qualities, student coordinating capacity, and how to use the opportunities provided to the students. Alva’s BBA College, Moodabidri, won the Overall Championship Trophy and Poorna Prajna Evening College, Udupi, was the Runners-up in the cultural fest. 

In her presidential remarks, Dr. Veena BK, Principal of the college, said that participating in the events offers students an opportunity to enhance their skills and develop their personalities, leading them to success.
