Nitte Institute of Speech & Hearing (NISH) hosted an interactive session under the industry-academia collaboration for the III BASLP students on 14th January 2026. Mr Santosh Kulal, Industry representative, Provox served as the resource person for the session.
The program aimed to enhance awareness and practical knowledge of post-laryngectomy assistive devices through demonstrations of voice prostheses, HMEs, stoma care products and adhesive systems, with detailed discussion on their indications, usage techniques, maintenance and patient counselling.
