The NSS Unit of Nitte (DU) in association with KS Hegde Medical Academy and Nitte Institute of Physiotherapy celebrated International Day of Yoga on 21st June 2023 from 8.00 am onwards at BC Alva Indoor Stadium, Deralakatte, Mangalore.
The Chief guest for the program was Mr. Shashank Bhat, Yoga Teacher from Mangalore. Prof. Dr. MS Moodithaya, Vice Chancellor, Nitte University presided over the function. Around 250 students from constituent colleges of Nitte University participated in the program. Students were very enthusiastic about learning the yogasanas and feedback from the students was good.
