The Youth Red Cross Unit at NMAM Institute of Technology, Nitte organized a Training Session on Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) which aimed at enhancing life-saving skills within the community on 26th March 2024.
Dr. Mackwin D’Mello, Coordinator, Department of Public Health, KSHEMA was the Chief Guest of the inaugural function.
Dr. D'Mello delivered a keynote address emphasizing the critical importance of CPR training in saving lives during emergencies.
Dr. I R Mithanthaya, Vice Principal & Dean (Academics) presided over the function and wished the program every success.
Mr. Prajwal Jupiter Lobo, Dept. of Public Health,KSHEMA, along with Mr. Sukesh from Nitte Usha Institute of Nursing Science, graced the occasion as resource persons. Their insightful presentations and hands-on demonstrations provided attendees with practical knowledge and skills essential for administering CPR effectively.
