An awareness program on Breast Lesion was conducted for the staff of KSHEMA on 13th June 2024 at Chintana Hall. The resource person for the program was Dr. Smitha Rao, Breast & endocrine Surgeon, KSHEMA. She discussed breast cancer, including how to perform self-exams and recognize lumps that require clinical evaluation, symptoms that need immediate attention, and issues associated with advanced stages of the disease. Around 60 non-teaching staff participated in the event.
