On 5th September 2024, students of NUCSER celebrated Teachers’ Day by organizing a fun-filled event at the Institute. The celebration featured activities such as musical chairs, saree folding and flip-cup games, specially arranged by students for their teachers. As a token of appreciation, each teacher received a souvenir, greeting card and a rose from the students. Prof. (Dr) Anirban Chakraborty, Director, NUCSER, thanked the students for their love and affection and highlighted the achievements of his colleagues in teaching & research at the University.
Prof. (Dr) Indrani Karunasagar, Director, NU-TEC and Chief guest of the event, spoke about the meaning of teachings in life and the different kinds of teachers one comes across as they grow and develop, into responsible human beings.
