News from JKSHIM | Two-day program on Managerial Training

Justice K S Hegde Institute of Management hosted a two-day program on Managerial Training for the non-executive employees of the MRPL on 18th & 19th October 2024. Dr. Sudhir Raj K, Dr. Sudhir M and Mrs. Shavina Soans provided training on contemporary themes, focusing on perceptions of quality, cost, revitalization, time management, authentic communication, personal mastery, leadership and alignment with the mission statement and emphasized integrating these values into performance touch points.
