Prof. (Dr) Marina Koland, Principal, NGSMIPS welcomed the gathering and briefed on the vital role of yoga in promoting holistic well-being, particularly in the context of rising stress levels and increasing environmental challenges.
Dr. Rashmitha Shetty delivered an insightful session on the benefits of yoga and the relevance of incorporating asanas into daily life. She also demonstrated a series of simple chair-based yoga practices suitable for the workplace.
Dr. Santanu Saha, NSS Programme Officer, NGSMIPS proposed the vote of thanks. The event was anchored by Dr. Amitha Shetty, Asst. Professor, NGSMIPS.
