“Sufra-Al-Arabia,” an Arabic-themed Iftar gathering, was held at the Training Restaurant of Nitte Institute of Hospitality Services (NIHS) on 18th March 2026. The event was graced by Mr. Imran Khan Quadri, General Manager of Hotel Avatar.
Students created an elegant Arabic-themed decor, while the culinary team prepared a traditional Iftar menu showcasing their skills.
The evening was a celebration of togetherness and a spirit of sharing within the NIHS community.
