The NSS Unit of Nitte Institute of Professional Education (NIPE), in collaboration with the ELITE - Entrepreneurship & Management Club, organized a Youth Town Hall on “Decoding Union Budget 2026 and its Impact on the Economy” on 11th March 2026 at the college premises.
The program featured an insightful panel discussion by eminent experts from the fields of taxation and economics. The session was graced by the presence of distinguished panelists including CA S. S. Nayak, Master Trainer - ICAI and MSME & Startup Mentor, who spoke on Direct Taxation; Shri Rajesh Rao M, Economic & Banking Expert, who discussed the Economic Impact of the Union Budget and CA Keshava N Ballakuraya, Past Chairman, ICAI Mangaluru, along with CA Shraddha Sanghvi, Partner at M/s Ballakuraya & Associates, who addressed the topic of Indirect Taxation.
The program was informative and engaging, helping students develop awareness of the Union Budget and its impact on the economy and business environment.
