On the occasion of International Women’s Day, the Nitte Institute of Speech & Hearing organized a community outreach initiative under the theme “Give to Gain” to support Bala Samrakshana Kendra. Contributions from students and faculty helped raise Rs.25006/- for the cause.
A team of 17 students & 2 faculty members from the institute, visited the Kendra on 10th March 2026 and distributed essential supplies including personal hygiene products, educational materials, grocery items and indoor games for the girls residing there. The team spent time interacting with the children and organized games & activities, making the visit meaningful and memorable.
