The Institutional Internal Quality Assurance Cell in association with the Quality Council of India (QCI) and the National Accreditation Board for Hospitals and Healthcare Professionals (NABH) conducted a program, ‘Gunvatta Yatra - Enhancing Dental Standards’ on 18th May 2026 under the guidance of Prof. (Dr) M.S. Ravi, Vice Principal, ABSMIDS and Prof. (Dr) Aditya Shetty, Institutional IQAC Coordinator.
The resource persons Prof. (Dr) Hari Kishore Bhat, NABH Assessor for Dental Establishments, QCI and Ms. Aamrin Pagare, Analyst, QCI shared their valuable insights on the NABH certification process and guided the participants on how healthcare providers and clinicians can work towards achieving accreditation standards.
The program was attended by 37 faculty from various departments of the institution. Dr. Ananya Madiyal and Dr. Teena D’Souza were the coordinated the program.
