The Staff Development Centre, in association with the Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) of Dr. NSAM First Grade College, conducted a one-day Faculty Development Program on "Stress Management and Emotional Intelligence for Academic and Professional Effectiveness" on 27th June 2026.
Resource person, Mr. Parameshwara Biradar focused on stress management, emotional resilience, work life balance, leadership and strategies to enhance academic and professional effectiveness among faculty members.
