The Farewell and Alumni Induction Program for the BSc Nursing 2022-26 batch of Nitte Usha Institute of Nursing Sciences was held on 4th July 2026 at Avishkar Auditorium, ABSMIDS.
The program was graced by Dr. Harsha Halahalli, Registrar, Nitte University as the chief guest and presided over by Prof. Fatima Dsilva, Principal, NUINS. During the induction, students were introduced to the Alumni Association, its objectives, activities and membership benefits. The Alumni Association also felicitated Prof. (Dr) Fatima Dsilva for her dedicated support and leadership in strengthening alumni engagement.
The program concluded with inspiring messages to alumni, to remain connected with their alma mater. A total of 109 final-year B.Sc.Nursing students, 18 alumni and 42 faculty members participated in the event.
