AAROH, the Undergraduate Research Society of K S Hegde Medical Academy introduced the undergraduate medical students to the fundamentals of research, covering research methodology, ICMR guidelines, literature review, abstract writing, AI tools in research and the Institutional Ethics Committee (IEC) approval process through its interactive program, AnyBody Can Do Research (ABCD) on 14th & 21st March and 16th May 2026 through blended sessions held at Lecture Hall 1, Medicine Seminar Hall and via Google Meet.
Led by Dr. Ravikiran S R, Dr. Adithi Shetty and Dr. Ankeeta Menona, the interactive sessions equipped participants with practical skills in scientific writing, evidence appraisal and ethical research practices while enhancing their confidence to conceptualize and initiate independent research projects. The enthusiastic participation, engaging discussions and high-quality outputs reflected the program's success in fostering research literacy and encouraging long-term involvement in academic research.
