A 2-day National Workshop on The Research Scholars’ Toolkit: Building Skills in Scoping Review & Reference Management was organized by the Dept. of Child Health Nursing, Nitte Usha Institute of Nursing Sciences on 10th & 11th August 2026 at the NUINS Learning Centre, Paneer, Mangaluru. Conducted under the guidance of Prof.(Dr)Sujatha R., HoD, Child Health Nursing, the workshop focused on strengthening research skills in scoping reviews, literature searching, evidence synthesis and reference management.
The workshop was inaugurated by Dr. Sripada Mehandale, Chief Coordinator, Nitte University Medical Simulation Center and Professor of Anesthesiology, KSHEMA.
Resource persons Prof.(Dr) S J Nalini, Dr. Urmila U and Dr. Gopakumar V shared their expertise through interactive and hands-on sessions.
The program was coordinated by Ms. Jeevitha Alva and Ms. Sheryl Fernandes.
