NMAMIT ACM Student Chapter organized the second activity with regard to AICTE initiative on Digital Revolution i.e. Smart India Hackathon 2017. Students in large numbers gathered in various labs to witness the live session on “Smart India Hackathon 2017” addressed by Dr. Abhay Jere, Secretary, Organizing Committee, Smart India Hackathon 2017 @ 11 AM. Dr. Balasubramani R, SPoC, AICTE – SIH 2017 briefed about the event and asked the students to clarify their doubts with Dr. Abhay Jere. Students posed various questions on the forum and received answers from Dr. Abhay Jere. The session was very useful as it cleared various doubts in the minds of students with regard to submitting their ideas. Mr. Pradeep B, Vice-chair, NMAMIT ACM Student Chapter was the student coordinator for this event. Already one team has submitted their ideas under Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology and another team is in the process of submitting their ideas under AICTE.
