The students of Dr. N. Shankara Adyanthaya Memorial School, Nitte, B. Rithika Kamath and Prathiksha Bhat bagged the first place in the Nitte-Hutchie Partnership Project. They are visiting their partner school Hutchesons’ Grammar School at Scotland along with their Teacher Mrs. Padmaja B.A.
Dr. N. S. A.M. Senior Secondary School is the recipient of International School Award for the year 2005-06 from the British Council. Since 11 years the two partner schools are sharing the projects on the different global issues to create multi-cultural understanding. The winning teams are sponsored a 10 days visit to Scotland.
The project topic for the academic year 2015-16 was “Importance of Literacy”. Out of 12 teams, B. Rithika Kamath and Prathiksha Bhat secured the first place.
The Principal Mrs. Radha Prabhu said that they are going to exchange views on improving the academic performance of students through content- driven collaboration.
