The I year M.Sc Nursing students and faculty of Community Health Nursing of Nitte Usha Institute of Nursing Sciences conducted a Regional level CNE on ‘Basics of Research’ on 19th March 2019 at Chinthana, Justice K.S Hegde Charitable Hospital. Dr. Ankeeta Menona J, Asst. Professor, K S Hegde Medical Academy was the Chief Guest. In her keynote address, she emphasized on the importance of CNE and evidence based research to keep oneself updated with the current developments in the knowledge driven research field.
Ms Joyce, I M.Sc (N) welcomed the gathering. Dr. Prof Fatima D. Silva, Principal, NUINS presided over the function. Ms. Evan Sara proposed the vote of thanks. Ms. Wapang, I M.Sc (N), compered the program. The faculty, UG & PG students of Nursing Institutions of Mangalore also participated in the program.
