A guest lecture based on the theme - "Live, Love and Laugh" by Prof. K. Raghotama Rao, Director - MANAS Centre for Training and Development, Bengaluru was organised by NGSM Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Deralakatte, Mangaluru on 9th August 2019.

If you are surrounded by negative people, you can't help but become negative too. Hence disconnect from such people without delay. Show empathy, insulate yourself, and don’t be too sensitive. Be an attentive listener, laugh with people, and NOT laugh at them. Laughter is the lubricant to remove friction from the wheels of life and make our journey a comfortable one.
The guest lecture started with a brief introduction of the guest speaker by Dr. C.S. Shastry, Principal of the college. Prof. Rao was felicitated by Dr. Vijay, Asst. Professor and Dr. Prasanna Shama Khandige, Head, Dept of Pharmacology.
