News from Dr. NSAM PU College, Nitte | International Women’s Day

The NSS unit of Dr. NSAM PU College, Nitte celebrated International Women’s Day on 8th March 2021. Prof. Shalini K Sharma, Head, Department of Training, Welfare, Counselling and Placement, NMAMIT, Nitte was the chief guest and resource person. In her keynote address she emphasized the need for women’s liberation and empowerment. A patriotic song by the NSS volunteers engrossed the audience. Mrs. Bhavani Shetty, Principal Dr. NSAM PU College, Nitte presided over the program. Dr. Prakash Shenoy, Vice Principal explained the significance of Women’s Day. Mr. Sunil V, Coordinator, NSS Unit, Dr. NSAM PU College, Nitte gave the opening remarks. Ms. Anushree of II PU Commerce compered the program; Ms. Joshitha Vaz of I PU Commerce welcomed the gathering; Ms. Crystal Jean Rodrigues of II PU Commerce introduced the chief guest and Mr. Rithesh of II PU Commerce proposed vote of thanks.
