News from NUINS | CNE on ‘Protocols in Cardiac Arrest’

The Alumni Association and the Department of Medical Surgical Nursing of Nitte Usha Institute of Nursing Sciences organized an International CNE on ‘Protocols in Cardiac Arrest’ on 24th February 2021 at Chintana Hall, Justice K.S.Hegde Charitable Hospital. The chief guest, Dr. Gayathri Bhat and Chief Coordinator NUMEDISIM inaugurated the CNE by lighting the lamp.

The resource person Mr. Jais James, Band 6 Charge Nurse and OSCE Trainer, Stepping Hill Hospital, Manchester, UK, NUINS Alumnus, explained the algorithm of cardiac arrest and ECG interpretation.

Mrs. Cleeta Pinto, Principal, School of Nursing, presided over the programand welcomed the gathering. Ms. Joyce Mable anchored the program and Mrs. Melba Drago proposed the vote of thanks. A total of 101 participants attended the CNE.
