News from NUINS | Orientation Program on Japanese language

Language Club of Student Nurses Association (SNA) and the Placement Cell of Nitte Usha Institute of Nursing Sciences jointly organized an Orientation Program on Japanese language for the pre-final year B.Sc Nursing students on 29th September 2021 at the University Auditorium, Paneer Campus. Dr. Neetha Kamath, HoD, Community Health Nursing welcomed the gathering and introduced Prof. Harikrishna Bhat, Director International Collaborations, Nitte Education Trust, Ms. Yasuko Sato and Ms. Megumi Takeshita, International collaborators to the audience. Prof. Harikrishna Bhat familiarised the students about the Japanese language and explained the importance of learning the language for placement opportunities in Japan. Ms. Suchithra. B S, Language Club Coordinator and Mrs. Jeevitha Alva, Coordinator, Placement Cell organized the event. A total of 100 students participated and benefitted from this program.
