News from NUCSER | Visit to Karnataka Milk Federation (KMF)
As part of curriculum, involving bioprocess technology course, students of II MSc Marine Biotechnology, Biotechnology and Food Safety & Biotechnology visited Karnataka Milk Federation unit on 19th October 2023. They studied the different processes involved in milk processing and value-added products development.
