News from NIPE | Chess Competition

The Sports Club of Nitte Institute of Professional Education organized a Chess Competition, Chess Grandmaster on 6th February 2024 at the college premises. 16 students participated in the competition. In the Boys category, Reetik Mahesh of Green House secured the I place and Abhayachandra of Red House secured the II place. In the Girls category, Prakruthi of Red House secured the I place, and Shravani of Yellow House secured the II place. Prof. Daksha Malagatti was the arbiter of the competition. Mr. Vrathik Shenoy, Student Coordinator and Prof. Arwin Dsouza, Faculty conducted the event.
