The Cultural Committee of NGSMIPS organized ‘JASHN - Culture Unplugged’, a 3-day cultural extravaganza featuring 24 exciting events. The festival celebrated creativity, talent and cultural diversity, uniting students for an unforgettable experience.
Day 1: The event was inaugurated on 12th February 2025 at the KS Hegde Auditorium by Prof. (Dr) PV Satya Prasad, Head, Nitte Institute of Communication accompanied by Prof. (Dr) CS Shastry, Director (Research & Strategic Initiatives), NGSMIPS and Dr. Marina Koland, Principal. The dignitaries emphasized the importance of cultural activities in students' holistic development. The day featured captivating performances, including group dance, group singing, duet dance, spot-dance and ramp walk, setting a vibrant tone for the festival.
Day 2 & 3: The festivities continued at NGSMIPS campus, where students participated in a wide range of events, including Mr. and Ms. NGSMIPS, mask painting, rangoli, cooking without fire, class exhibition, slow bike race and many more. The enthusiasm and talent on display created a lively and competitive atmosphere. The collective efforts of the cultural committee, faculty and students made ‘JASHN’ a resounding success.
