The NSS unit of NRAM Polytechnic conducted a workshop titled "Mold the Self" on 4th March 2025. The session was led by JC Basuma Kodagu, an Indian actor and production designer known for his contributions to Kannada cinema.
Mr. Basuma emphasized the importance of self-motivation, confidence and leadership in shaping an individual’s character. He elaborated on the various challenges faced by students in their academic & personal lives and provided practical solutions to overcome them. He highlighted the significance of effective communication, teamwork & adaptability and provided practical exercises to help students develop confidence and a growth-oriented attitude.
In the Q&A session, students raised questions about their career aspirations, personal challenges and ways to stay motivated which were addressed by the resource person.
