The Chief Guest, Mr. Suresh Rao, Attur, Lecturer at Sharada Vidyaniketan, Talapady, and a renowned Gamaka artist, recited a few Gamakas, introducing the students to this unique traditional art form. He also delivered an inspiring speech highlighting the rich history of the Kannada language, the glory of its literature, and the cultural diversity of Karnataka.
Students dressed in traditional attire sang Kannada songs written by great poets, adding cultural vibrancy to the celebration.
After the formal programme, “Bhavasangama” – a musical event, was conducted. Enthusiastic students, teachers, and parents participated by singing melodious songs, delighting and entertaining the audience.
